Nigeria govt. shamed as Biafra-sit-at-home order recorded 100% compliance

All markets, shops, banks, schools, government institutions and were today, shutdown in the Southeastern part of Nigeria as the people marked 50th remembrance year.
Our reporters monitored the event all over the places reported that no single person were seen on the road due to the sit-at-home order issued by members of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and Movement for Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB).
According to our reporters, all over Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Rivers, Edo, Ebonyi, Imo, Cross Rivers, Delta states of Biafra, and some parts of Nigeria such as Abuja, Kaduna, Niger and others equally joined Biafrans worldwide to observe the sit-at-home non violence order.
The ever busy road recorded little or no vehicular movement with few commercial motor cyclist parked at strategic places observing the situation.

Meanwhile, security agents were seen at designated places waiting for Biafrans to shoot-out should they demonstrate but to no avail.

Most residents who planned traveling from one location of the state to another were stranded as most motor parks were deserted, including the popular Upper Iweka motor park, resulting to scarcely of vehicles, unless for few people who drove in their private cars.

Those who spoke to our correspondent, expressed satisfaction over the level of compliance, describing it as a strong indication of the preparedness of the pro-Biafran to leave Nigeria.

A resident, Emeka Ogbodo, said the sit-at-home protest was more of a celebration than mourning.

“We need to do this for the government to see how ready we are to leave Nigeria. We support this sit-at-home and will be ready to do it again if we are called upon,” he said.

In Ekwulobia and Agulu, traders were seen sitting idly in groups and talking, while most streets were turned into football field.

In Awka and environs, most busy places looks deserted while there were skeletal services in some motor parks with low turn out of human and vehicular movement along the express road, Ziks avenue and Eke Awka axis.

At the Ekwulobia urban mass transit bus located at UNIZIK temporary site, the park was a ghost of itself as no vehicle or the park officials were seen.

A passenger who identified himself Uzoma Okafor, said he had intended to travel to lagos for an interview the following day, but had to go back in anger.

"I think I just had to take a night bus, otherwise I will miss the interview" he decried.

Meanwhile, the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and it's leadership worldwide had congratulate Biafrans and all the IPOB family members worldwide both in Biafraland and diaspora for their compliance of the sit at home order issued by their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The group recalled that the order, which was issued by Kanu while still in kuje prison Abuja has finally been accomplished.

A statement by the spokesperson, Emma Powerful, said all the people of Biafra both home and abroad complied in all totality which was not done in the history of Biafra struggle.

The group said its members had succeeded in proving to the entire world that they need freedom, saying "the world must know that we are not going back in the quest for independence of Biafra".

The statement read in part:
"We also blame those saboteurs who were paid by the government to sabotage the restoration project because today Biafrans and IPOB members worldwide obeyed our Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, we IPOB must be strong and we promise everybody that Biafra is here.

"The sit at home order was a success and all the market, schools, Banks, Companies/industries, transport companies businesses in Biafraland were in total compliance may God Almighty (Chukwu Okike Abiama) bless you all.

"There were also total compliance for those in diaspora our Marched on the streets of Taiwan, Chad, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Angola, Congo DRC, Mozambique, Luxembourg, Brazil, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, St. Kitts, Canada, Italy, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, France.

"However, those in Germany, Austria, Finland, South Africa, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Benin Republic, Gabon, Cape Verde, Madagascar, Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Namibia, Equatorial Guinea, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Scotland, Holland, Belgium, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Greece, Pakistan, India, Canada Tiriniga and Tobago, Isreal, Italy, Argentina, Bokinafaso, Tanzania, Sao tome and Principe, Australia, Japan, North and South Korea, Namibia, Niger Republic,  Tunisia Algeria, Cape Verde and many more where Biafrans observed the order issued by our supreme leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

"Nevertheless, all the market and businesses in Biafra land is under lock and key, we congratulate you all Biafra is with us".
