Ebonyi State APGA Gubernatorial Candidate Commends Obiano

The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Governorship Candidate in Ebonyi State, Senator Sunday Agbo has pledged to accord a befitting burial ceremony to all the fallen heroes of Ebonyi State extraction, if emerge winner of the forthcoming general election in the country.

Senator Agbo, who stated this in an exclusive interview with in Awka, commended Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state for hosting such event in Anambra on Monday, noting that Anambrarians, who lost their lives sequel to the Biafran/Nigerian civil war and other crises in the country in the past, would henceforth rest in perfect peace.

The Ebonyi State APGA Gubernatorial flag-bearer, while lamenting that each State in Igbo land lost at least a thousand soul sequel to the civil war alone, charged the Southeastern Governors to emulate Governor Willie Obiano's gesture with a view to ensuring massive socioeconomic development in the zone.

Senator Agbo further attributed the poor state of Ebonyi state economy to the tears of her unburied citizens, and vowed to put an end to it if elected a governor on February 28 governorship poll in the state.

On his chance to win gubernatorial election via the platform of APGA, Senator Agbo posited that APGA Ebonyians had accepted the party wholeheartedly having been failed by PDP in the last 16 years.
